Made 100% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Serra GaĂșcha harvested manually and selected in the vineyard. It ferments in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Clear with a purple color, it presents a complex bouquet, with aromas of red fruits, spices, raisins, green peppers, eucalyptus, violets and raisins. In the mouth, it has excellent flavor permanence.
