Since the 1940s, when the center of Rio de Janeiro still kept its stones streets with few vehicles circulating, politicians, actors, poets and cariocas journalists had cultivated a habit that would infect Brazilians: the craze for, for this or that reason, drink a cup of coffee.
An example of this is that, over these more than 70 years, coffee preserves its aroma and flavor, in addition to seeking to meet the needs of today's consuming public, which has become more demanding.
